GJK Remodeling has been named to Qualified Remodeler magazine Top 500 list for the second year running. The list ranks remodeling companies across the United States on annual revenue and project volume.
What the list actually measures
The Top 500 is not a design award and we would not pretend otherwise. It measures the size and consistency of the work a company puts out over a full year, which makes it a reasonable proxy for whether a contractor is stable, busy and still around to answer the phone when you need them.
For homeowners weighing up who to hire, that second part matters more than it sounds. A one-year warranty is only worth what the company behind it is worth, and plenty of remodeling outfits do not see out a decade.
Two years running is the part we care about
Appearing once is pleasant. Appearing twice means the first year was not a fluke, and that is the version we are happier about. It reflects a steady run of kitchens, bathrooms, additions and outdoor spaces across Charlotte, Matthews, Waxhaw and Weddington, almost all of which came to us through somebody we had already built for.
